These Terms govern your use of faunexis.com and its request-for-quotation service. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that organisation.
1. Operator and business purpose
The site is operated under the FAUNEXIS brand by Jingjiang Chongai Youjia Data Technology Co., Ltd.(靖江宠爱有家数据科技有限公司), registered at Room 8420, Building 8, Huizhi Apartment, No. 128 Xinzhou Road, Jingjiang, Jiangsu, China. It is intended for business buyers exploring pet-product sourcing, private label and OEM/ODM services.
2. Demonstration catalog
The current catalog, product names, images, variants, descriptions and commercial fields are demonstration content and concept visuals unless expressly confirmed in a written quotation. They do not represent available inventory, final specifications, certificates, manufacturing ownership or guaranteed supply. AI-generated visuals are illustrative and may differ from any product ultimately developed or supplied.
3. RFQs are not orders
Submitting an RFQ, sample request or message does not create a purchase order, agency, exclusivity, partnership or other binding obligation. We may accept, decline or request more information about an enquiry. Prices, MOQs, samples, lead times, tooling, packaging, specifications, testing, shipping and payment terms become binding only when stated in a separate written quotation, order confirmation or contract accepted by the relevant parties.
4. Product and market compliance
Any compliance, certification, testing, sustainability or performance statement shown as pending or under review is not a verified claim. The final buyer and seller must agree in writing which specifications, standards, labels and documents apply to a particular product and destination market. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, the buyer is responsible for confirming import, resale, labelling and market-access requirements in its jurisdiction.
5. Your submissions
You retain ownership of materials you submit. You grant us and the service providers and project partners involved in your enquiry a limited right to host, copy, review and share those materials only as reasonably needed to evaluate, respond to or fulfil the request. You confirm that you have authority to provide the materials and that doing so does not infringe another party's rights or violate law. Arrange an NDA before sending confidential designs, trade secrets or other materials requiring special protection.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, probe or bypass security, submit malicious files, interfere with availability, use automated means that impose an unreasonable load, impersonate another person, collect other users' data, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or rights-infringing activity. We may restrict access or disregard submissions where reasonably necessary to protect the service.
7. Intellectual property
Except for user submissions and third-party materials, the site's software, layout, original copy, graphics and FAUNEXIS branding are owned by or licensed to the operator. You may view and share links for legitimate business evaluation, but may not reproduce, sell, scrape or create misleading derivative uses of the site without written permission. Third-party names and marks remain their owners' property.
8. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the site useful and secure but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that all content is complete, current or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the site and demonstration content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Nothing here limits remedies that cannot be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising solely from use of this informational site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that law does not permit us to exclude. Liability from an actual sourcing transaction is governed by its contract.
10. Third-party services and links
The site may link to or depend on third-party services. Their availability, content and privacy practices are controlled by their operators, and use of those services may be subject to separate terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and non-contractual disputes concerning use of this site are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory law, the competent courts at the operator's registered domicile in Jiangsu, China have exclusive jurisdiction. A later quotation, purchase order or contract may specify different terms for that transaction.
12. Changes and contact
